Find Your Spark! is a hands-on career and course exploration workshop that helps your teen discover what interests them and where those interests could lead.

Discover Their Interests

Through interactive discovery games based on RIASEC, a career-interest framework featured in MySkillsFuture's career exploration resources, teens explore six interest types and uncover the activities and environments that appeal to them.

Explore Real Careers

They discover how their interests connect to different industries and professions, including careers they may never have considered.

Map the Way There

They explore courses and educational pathways in Singapore, then bring their discoveries together in a personalised Future Possibilities Board featuring potential careers, courses to explore and one actionable next step.

What is the coach-to-child ratio?

Children are grouped in small teams, with a maximum coach-to-child ratio of 1:6.
 

Group sizes are kept small to ensure individual attention and a supportive learning environment.

Can I get a refund if my child can’t attend?

Programme fees are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. This includes cases of late arrival, early departure, non-attendance, or withdrawal after enrolment.


You may request to transfer your booking to another available programme of equal value, subject to availability. All change requests can be made online/ through a written notice to hello@ha-academy.com at least 5 working days before the start date of the programme.


If a programme is cancelled by HA Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (as set out in our Terms & Conditions), you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your enrolment to a future date.


We understand that exceptional situations can arise. Requests relating to serious medical conditions or other compelling reasons may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Academy’s discretion. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
