Return and Refund Policy

At HA Academy and HA Adventure, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a return or refund for our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued.

 

1. General Conditions

  • Our refund policy applies to all workshops, seminars, and training programmes offered by HA Academy and HA Adventure.
  • Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frames outlined below.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Once a booking is confirmed through full payment, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to late arrival, early departure, non-attendance, or withdrawal from the programme, except as expressly stated under the section titled “Programme Cancellation.” Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Academy reserves the sole and absolute discretion to review requests for refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (such as serious medical conditions or other compelling reasons), and any decision made shall be final and binding.

 

3. Programme Cancellation

If HA Academy cancels a workshop, seminar, or training programme, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future date without any additional fees.

 

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Registration and administrative fees (if any) are non-refundable except as expressly stated under the section titled “Programme Cancellation.” .

 

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ha-academy.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the approval of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment else alternative method of payments will be offered.
