These terms apply specifically to HA Academy’s Term Series Programmes, which are structured as multi-week programmes where participants enrol as a series. 

Replacement Sessions

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled Term Series session, a replacement session may be considered where the absence is due to medical reasons or other valid circumstances, subject to HA Academy's discretion.

• Replacement sessions are limited to a maximum of 2 replacement sessions or 25% of the total sessions, whichever is lower.
   
• The default replacement format is a 1-hour Zoom session.
       
• Where feasible, coaches may, at their discretion and as a gesture of goodwill, offer a full in-person replacement session instead. An in-person replacement session is not guaranteed.
  
   
• Replacement sessions are subject to coach availability and scheduling. HA Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a suitable replacement date, but cannot guarantee a particular date or time.
   
• Any arrangements beyond the terms above may be considered on a case-by-case goodwill basis and are subject to HA Academy's discretion.

The above terms apply strictly to Term Series Programmes only and do not cover standalone workshops, one-off programmes, camps, individual sessions, or other programmes that are not structured as multi-week series. For all other programmes, the general Terms of Services apply.
