You will drive strategic partnerships with schools to deliver tailored learning solutions, consulting educators to identify needs, co-creating interventions, and evaluating impact to enhance youth development outcomes.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with schools to deliver workshops and experiential programmes
Consult with educators to assess learning needs and collaboratively design effective solutions
Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure alignment with MOE frameworks
Measure programme impact by analyzing feedback, assessments, and reports to inform improvements
Support the development and innovation of educational products and services
Contribute actively to achieving team sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or Communications preferred
Prior sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong consultative and analytical skills to engage educators and leaders effectively
Creative, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning
Proactive and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build robust networks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
